ABOUT US

What do we do?

We accept physician referrals for Synagis injections for eligible high-risk infants. Since our clinic's only purpose is to provide Synagis injections, we have a focused and dedicated staff to serve our patients during the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) season. The clinic is operated by Dr. Janak A. Patel, a Pediatric Infectious Disease Specialist, who provides professional input in the eligibility and appeal process.

Why use us?

Providing Synagis on a monthly basis can be a very cumbersome process which intrudes in the everyday workflow of the primary care doctors' office. Additionally, the complications involved in patient communication, insurance verification and approval process, each requiring a separate approval form, can be quite taxing. At SynTherapy Clinic, we use only one referral form for all insurance plans to ease some of the burden of your clinic staff.

How do we do it?

Please review "Our Process" tab to understand how our system works. Once you send us the referral form, medical records, and demographics sheet, we handle the rest! We complete the insurance paperwork, schedule appointment to our clinic location, and provide Synagis injection! Additionally, we will be the patient's main point of contact for all Synagis related questions.

Who do we accept?

We accept referrals all year round and accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicaid. For more information, please refer to the 'Patient Referral' tab.

Remember, we handle the insurance paperwork and we take care of the patient dosing!
